HOW IT HAPPENED:
The Bulldogs pulled ahead multiple times in the first half, but Lesley consistently rallied.  After Dean led 30-21 with seven and a half minutes to go, Lesley assembled a 15-3 run to take the lead at 36-33.  The two teams traded barbs over the next five minutes and entered the halftime break tied at 42.

Dean scored the first six points of the half on hoops from Booker, Joel Jones (Fayetteville, N.C..), and Kevin Clark (Miami Gardens, Fla.), to take a 48-42 lead in the early portion of the second frame.

Lesley rallied over the next eight minutes tying the game at 81 and taking the lead 82-81 on a pair of free throws from Chase Howard. Back to back three pointers from Kyle Murphy and Scott Barlow gave Lesley an 88-85 lead with two and a half minutes to play but the Bulldogs responded, closing the game on 14-4 run.

Ozwaldo Terrazas (Odessa, Texas) made two free throws to break an 88-88 tie with a minute and half remaining, and Booker hit a triple and jumpshot on ensuing possesions to give Dean a five point cushion with under a minute to play. After a Lesley layup cut the lead to three, Booker and Tyrone Smith-McCray (Brockton, Mass.) nailed two free throws each to seal the game and give Dean the 99-92 win.
